To register, follow steps 1 to 4 of the next screen : first, fill your personal information.
If you have no e-mail address, give that of a parent or a friend who will pass you the information sent by e-mail. Without e-mail address, you cannot register… You may nevertheless come without an appointment, between 16h30 and 18h30, but your visit will take more time.
Choose a username and password to be able to change your appointments in the future if needed. Then, choose the day (2) and the time (3) of your first vaccination (available days are in green) and send your registration (4).
Warning, all fields are obligatory, except mobile number.
All these personal information will be deleted at the end of the vaccination (3 doses).
